This training is for therapists, facilitators, and space holders who want to explore the transformative power of the breath. Through conscious connected breathwork, participants learn to support themselves and others safely, accessing deeper states of awareness, integration, and deep reprogramming of habitual patterns. The program combines experiential practice with trauma-informed facilitation skills for confident, ethical practice

Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Identify dominant relational pattern (co-dependency, counter-dependency)
- Cultivate greater capacity for intimacy without self-abandonment
Module 8 – Abundance & Prosperity
Learning Objectives
- Explore subconscious beliefs around money, visibility and self-worth
- Understand how scarcity and abundance are regulated through the nervous system
- Examine inherited family narratives around prosperity
- Reframe abundance as energetic alignment rather than external accumulation
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Increase embodied capacity to receive support, love and financial flow
- Recognise when there is self-sabotage to expansion
- Cultivate a felt sense of internal sufficiency and worthiness
- Align actions with a grounded, regulated vision of prosperity
Part II: Breath, Integration & Facilitation
Module 9 – Adaptive Breath Patterns
Learning Objectives
- Understand breathing deviations as adaptive survival strategies
- Understand the energy cycle
- Recognise the primal intelligence of the breath
- Learn to observe breath patterns without pathologising
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Identify common breathing deviations (holding, over-breathing, collapse, etc.)
- Describe breath patterns using non-interpretative language
- Track moment-to-moment breath changes in a session
- Respond to deviations with curiosity rather than correction
Module 10 – Working with Resistance
Learning Objectives
- Understand resistance as protection rather than obstruction
- Learn how to identify subtle and overt forms of resistance
- Explore outcome fixation and facilitator agenda
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Recognise resistance in breath, body, and behavior
- Meet resistance with regulation and attunement
- Stay grounded when “nothing happens”
- Hold space without pushing for catharsis or breakthrough
Module 11 – Subtle Perception & Processing
Learning Objectives
- Develop sensitivity to micro cues and subtle shifts
- Understand what processing is—and what it is not
- Refine the use of language as a regulating tool
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- Track small somatic and emotional changes
