About the training
This training is designed for therapists, facilitators, and space holders who wish to work deeply with the breath as a tool for somatic and psychological transformation. Participants will gain experiential understanding of conscious connected breathwork and learn how to guide themselves and others safely, supporting nervous-system regulation, inner integration, and the subtle reprogramming of habitual patterns. The training combines theory, authentic embodiment, and ethical facilitation structures, providing a foundation for ethical, confident, and trauma-informed practice.
